Our team carefully listens to you describe your space, your ideas, and how we can best help. Based on the scope of work we are able to put together an estimated cost for your design project. Once the project is confirmed, the real fun begins!
Art and Beauty
After you've had time to review all the details of the initial design, our team will collect feedback for any changes, updates, or revisions that are needed to meet your needs. Design style, colors, elevations, and more are all on the table for updates at this stage - the closer we get to your ideal space, the easier it will be for your builder to bring it to life!
Time to Build!
With design and plans in hand, it is time to get your project started. If you've chosen to use our bid process we will share the details of your build with local contractors in your area, if not you are free to take them and begin your interview process to find the right contractor for you. Either way we are here to assist and make sure the dream you had is on its way to becoming reality!
Seeing is Believing
Using all the details you've provided about your space, our team will carefully curate a first draft of your design. Our team can include everything from pools to plants, shades to seating, outdoor dining to courts for dunking, if you can dream it, we will design it. This is usually the longest portion of the process, our team dives deep into the details to make your design truly unique - we don't copy and paste from one project to the next, each design is a real work of art.
The Grand Reveal
A package catered to your needs is delivered and ready for execution. Depending on the scope of work this could include 2D plans, 3D renderings, stunning video, permit packages, HOA plans, engineered drawings and more. We have end-to-end services to meet the needs of any project. Forgot a detail or need more detail? No worries our flexible team will work to cover all the bases and make sure you are ready for the final step!
