Definitely. Every one of our design packages comes with the ability to make various amounts revisions and changes so that we ensure your project meets your exact needs. We can adjust on the fly for larger scale changes or additional revision needs and the team will work with you to quantify the impact of those if needed.
Yes! Shade and light planning are critical steps to the design process, especially in hot climates or on projects where pergolas, patio covers, or other shade features are present. Our design software allows for detailed analysis of sun position based on the location and direction of your property at all times of the day and all days of the year. While we take shade into consideration in our design, maximizing the value of those relevant features, please let us know if you would like to see specific dates or times to help ensure the function of your space is just as great as the looks!
While many builders will offer or provide the engineering when necessary, we offer many different options for designs and the associated plans that go with them. Our package options include having engineered plans drawn to accompany your design so you have the all the relevant information ready to go up front for any contractor.
We provide a comprehensive set of 2D and 3D plans for each of our designs that you can provide to any potential installer to assist in the estimation process. Additionally your contractor can connect with the design team to get any additional information on materials, sizing, etc. they may need. We also offer the option of facilitating your final design being sent to into our Partner Program portal where qualified contractors in your area will bid* on the project to make the process as easy as possible for our customers!
*Contractors will evaluate the designs and have final discretion on whether or not to submit a bid based on their capabilities.Of course! We take great pride in our design quality and love to partner with other builders, contractors, and installers to help bring your dreams to life. If you contractor does not offer design services or you prefer to use our team, please let us know so that we can coordinate with all the appropriate parties on your project to ensure a smooth delivery.
